PT. TIARA SERVICE CENTREHTDR (High Temperature Fluid Drainage Rinsing System) drains the dyeing fluid inside the dyeing tank at the end of the dyeing process when the temperature and pressure are still high. The drainage of dyeing fluid through and additional Plate Heat Exchanger to transfer the heat from the dyeing fluid to the incoming fresh water to the dyeing tank to prevent a drastic temperature drop.
HTDR (High Temperature Fluid Drainage Rinsing System) eliminates the conventional washing process. Cooling and rinsing process are started just at the end of dyeing process when the temperature and pressure inside the dyeing tank are still high. So, it reduces the processing time, saves water, prevents the dyeing tank from contamination. It also contributes to the improved productivity, as the reduction cleaning process can also be skipped.
